About me
Kirill Viktorovich Formanchuk (born August 25, 1983), aka Medved, is the human rights activist and popular blogger focused on (but not limited to) protecting car owners.
He is on the scene since 2006 and is constantly helping people in need to defend their violated rights in courts and other authorities. He has created numerous video lessons and articles for motorists. As well as he organized and participated in many meetings, rallies and other public actions in Ekaterinburg and Nizhny Tagil. Nowadays he is well known for his political and social achievements on regional and federal level.
Formanchuk is the member of human rights unions such as "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy), "Svoboda Vybora" (Freedom of Choice) and others. He is the chairman of public movement Committee to Protect the Rights of Motorists and the president for Sverdlovsk Oblast branch of Federation of Russian Car Owners.
